This deposit secures your place as one of 40 Stonehome deliveries, and counts toward your overall Stonehome purchase price developed in collaboration with the Civic Saint Design Team based on your finish and fixture as well as lot selections; provided by yourself or selected from one of Civic Saint’s available parcels.
Your download will include instructions to provide proof of funds and sign a non-binding reservation agreement prior to making your final design selections and entering a binding buyer/builder agreement.
Final price will be delivered immediately prior to executing a buyer/builder contract, which includes a refundable contingency fee for unexpected overages and/or change orders (approx. 10-15% of your purchase price).
Estimated build time at March 2025 from ground break to move-in is approximately eight months.
