Introducing a new model for
safe, healthy housing.
Civic Saint began with rigorous market research (January-June 2023), engaging over 75 industry leaders, including JE Dunn's Senior Vice President-National Design Director, to prove viability. This led to early validation, securing funds from winning the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce annual Pitch Competition in August 2023.
We used those funds alongside other pitch winnings and an investment from our Founder to rapidly establish a temporary CEB production facility in Kansas City's historic Vine Street Firehouse (Dec 2023) and, within eight weeks (Feb-Apr 2024), hired four part-time contractors, streamlined sourcing, produced over 750 CEBs, and constructed the Vine Street Facade next to the Vine Street Castle at 2001 Vine St, showcasing agility and block quality.
A sold-out Kansas City Design Week program (Apr 2024) introduced GeoNova™ CEBs to more than 100 construction and design industry leaders.
We applied the learnings from this early phase to our next iteration of industry-leading innovations.
